Located at 3117 S Grand, in the historic South Grand/Tower Grove neighborhood, this former Jimmy Johns space will be converted to a neighborhood pub, focused on cider, wine, mead, and beer. Providing a comfortable atmosphere, open late, family friendly, and offering an entirely gluten-free menu. 

Our vision is to restore the long-vacant ground floor retail space that previous housed a Jimmy Johns chain restaurant, into a thriving community space where families and friends can meet to enjoy a cold glass of cider, a warm meal, and enjoy some light music and entertainment.

TIMEFRAME:  JULY 2024 - SEPTEMBER 2024

First things first, we need to remove the existing Jimmy Johns build-out. The space is very sterile and needs to have a lot of work done to go from large-retail fast-food sandwich shop to a warm convivial space where neighbors can congregate. We will be demolishing built-booths, removing bright red paint, repairing damaged flooring, and many other tasks. 

After that, we'll be building out and transforming the space to match our vision. Warm, modern, comfortable, and encouraging our guests to engage in conversation and good times together.

We will also need to obtain all licensing and build partnerships with local cider, wine, and mead vendors. This is also the time when we'll be testing out our menu, so if you want to get a sneak peak of some tasty test-runs, let us know!
